Booking terms

These terms are taken from the itineraries we publish for each trip. Where a trip has its own condition, it is listed under that trip below.

1. How booking works

• Enquire on WhatsApp (+91 96174 94102). We share upcoming dates and prices for each travel option.
• You book your slot by paying an advance. The advance is non-refundable.
• The rest of the amount has to be paid on Day 1 of the trip.
• Clicking a WhatsApp button on this website does not reserve a seat or create a booking. A booking exists only once we have confirmed it with you and received your advance.

2. Prices and taxes

• Prices are shared on enquiry and depend on the travel option, season and departure.
• 5% GST is not included in the itinerary price.
• Entry or adventure tickets, medical expenses, emergencies, insurance, lunch or other meals outside the plan, personal expenses and any expenses outside the plan are not included.

3. Trip-specific booking conditions

Wonderland Himachal (Mini)

• Book your slot by paying an advance (non-refundable); the rest of the amount has to be paid on travel Day 1. Ask us on WhatsApp for the current advance amount.
• Christmas and New Year departures (20 December to 5 January) carry an extra charge because of peak time.
• During the Himachal season, 1 May to 30 June, there is an extra charge due to summer holidays.
• Rohtang Pass will be included after 15 May.

Travel options: Tempo Traveller, triple sharing; Tempo Traveller, double sharing; SUV Innova (ideal for families); Swift Dzire (ideal for couples).

Snowy Escapades: Himachal with Amritsar

• Book your slot by paying an advance per person (non-refundable); the rest of the amount has to be paid on travel Day 1. Ask us on WhatsApp for the current advance amount.
• Christmas and New Year departures (20 December to 5 January) carry an extra per-person charge because of peak time.
• During the Himachal season, 1 May to 30 June, there is an extra per-person charge due to summer holidays.
• Rohtang Pass will be included after 15 May.
• The SUV / Innova / Ertiga option requires a minimum of 4 members.

Travel options: Tempo Traveller, triple share (3 members share 1 room); Tempo Traveller, double share (2 members share 1 room); SUV / Innova / Ertiga, ideal for families and friends groups (minimum 4 members required).

Kerala 5N/6D Group Trip

• Book your slot by paying an advance per person (non-refundable); the rest of the amount has to be paid on travel Day 1. Ask us on WhatsApp for the current advance amount.
• Christmas and New Year departures (20 December to 5 January) carry an extra per-person charge because of peak time.
• The SUV / Innova / Ertiga option requires a minimum of 4 members.

Travel options: Tempo Traveller, triple share (3 members share 1 room); Tempo Traveller, double share (2 members share 1 room); SUV / Innova / Ertiga, ideal for families and friends groups (minimum 4 members required).

4. Conditions that apply on all trips

1. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to goods belonging to the travellers.
2. We accept no responsibility for any injuries or loss/theft of personal property during the tour.
3. All guests must carry a valid government-issued ID card.
4. In case of any breakdown or delay due to the breakdown of transport during the journey, you may have to wait until the transport is repaired. We will not provide backup transport.
5. We are not responsible for any delay in reaching the destination due to traffic. Sightseeing or activities of the day may be cancelled if we do not reach the destination on time.
6. The trip organiser/coordinator has the right to change the itinerary as per the on-the-spot condition.
7. We strictly prohibit the use of narcotics and banned substances during our tours. The company will not be responsible for any harm or adversities caused by such usage.
8. We will not be responsible for any force majeure. Force majeure means any circumstances which are beyond the company's limits, such as landslides, sudden changes in weather, lockdowns, riots, terrorist activities, and train/flight cancellations.
9. Any loss or damage to camping, hotel or transport materials, such as tents, pillows, mattresses, or any property belonging to the campsite, hotel or transfer vehicle, will be subject to full payment of the product MRP.
10. The use of weapons, fireworks and toxic substances is strictly prohibited during the tour.
11. We reserve the right to evict any traveller from the tour if their actions violate our terms and conditions or if they exhibit misbehaviour towards co-travellers. No refunds will be given in such cases.
